Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Training Delivery Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our training delivery, including trainer management, student services, and administrative support functions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage resource planning, scheduling, and delivery logistics to ensure timely, compliant training across multiple sites.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, quality, and learner outcomes.
  • Ensure full compliance with national standards and relevant legislation.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Mentor and support a team of trainers, coordinators, and administrative staff to deliver high-quality training and student outcomes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in operations management within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
  • In-depth knowledge of RTO compliance, national standards, and state-based funding contracts.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to foster a collaborative and performance-driven culture.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-site training delivery and external stakeholder relationships.
