OverviewOur dedicated Midwives provide comprehensive evidence-based midwifery/nursing care to patients, ensuring high-quality outcomes and exceptional patient experiences.
The Rockingham Peel Group is part of the South Metropolitan Health Service, one of the fastest growing health services in Western Australia. We offer a range of medical, surgical, and mental health services as well as outpatient care, tailored to meet the diverse needs of our community.

Responsibilities- Provide expert midwifery/nursing care within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Promote patient safety and quality of care aligned with service standards.
- Maintain open communication with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team.
- Registered Midwife (Australian registration).
- Valid working visa for fixed term appointments; Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia for permanent appointments.

- The names and contact details of two current referees who can attest to your suitability for this role.
- A cover letter no longer than 1-2 pages demonstrating:
- Your clinical knowledge and experience in delivering evidence-based midwifery/nursing care within a practice setting.
- An example of your interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with patients, individuals, and a multidisciplinary team.
