
Gaming Regulatory Affairs Specialist

We are seeking a Gaming Product and Compliance Analyst to oversee gaming performance and reconciliation while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
This role will involve managing gaming-related compliance matters, providing advice and support for gaming-related enquiries, and overseeing daily reconciliations and analysing variances.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage gaming-related compliance matters, including incident investigations and government enquiries.
- Provide advice and support for gaming-related enquiries.
- Manage self-exclusion obligations.
- Oversee daily reconciliations and analyse variances.
- Recommend new products with conversion plans and implement installation plans.
- Prepare monthly cashflow reports.
- Ensure compliance with gaming legislation, including the Gaming Machine Act 2010 and AML/CTF Act.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in a similar role within the industry.
- Effective problem-solving, process improvement, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of NSW Liquor and Gaming & Club industry related legislation.
- A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.
- High level of professionalism with sensitivity to confidential issues.
