Job Role Overview:

We are seeking a Gaming Product and Compliance Analyst to oversee gaming performance and reconciliation while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

This role will involve managing gaming-related compliance matters, providing advice and support for gaming-related enquiries, and overseeing daily reconciliations and analysing variances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage gaming-related compliance matters, including incident investigations and government enquiries.
  • Provide advice and support for gaming-related enquiries.
  • Manage self-exclusion obligations.
  • Oversee daily reconciliations and analyse variances.
  • Recommend new products with conversion plans and implement installation plans.
  • Prepare monthly cashflow reports.
  • Ensure compliance with gaming legislation, including the Gaming Machine Act 2010 and AML/CTF Act.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a similar role within the industry.
  • Effective problem-solving, process improvement, and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of NSW Liquor and Gaming & Club industry related legislation.
  • A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.
  • High level of professionalism with sensitivity to confidential issues.
