Job Title: Regulatory Affairs Specialist

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for regulatory affairs in the cosmetics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a master database of products to ensure compliance with the Australia Industrial Chemical Introduction Scheme (AICIS).
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply, and operational regulatory teams to develop processes for newly launched products, changes to existing products, and communicating rules and processes to impacted teams.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Australia's chemical regulations, cosmetic supply chain constraints, data management, and adaptability to foreign working environments.

VIE Program Requirements:

  • Age 18-28.
  • French or European Union citizenship.
  • In good standing regarding national service obligations.
  • Able to devote full-time attention to the assignment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Engineer or Pharmacist degree with a 6-month internship in cosmetic regulatory activities.
  • Fluency in English and French.
