Job Title: Degree Research Facilitator

The Faculty has an opportunity for a Highly Collaborative Role in Student Administration and Support. As a Degree Research (HDR) Facilitator, you will provide top-notch service and support to current and prospective students and supervisors.

You will be responsible for all aspects of postgraduate research student administration, enhancing the student experience, and contributing to a continuous culture of improvement. This role requires effective working relationships with the HDR Team Lead and other HDR Facilitators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to students and supervisors.
  • Manage all aspects of postgraduate research student administration.
  • Enhance the student experience and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant administrative and customer service experience in a large and complex tertiary organisation.
  • Project and time management skills with a proven ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
  • A performance-oriented approach with the ability to act with independence and initiative.
  • Ability to analyse feedback and data to develop reports and contribute ideas.
