As an Employment Consultant, you will be instrumental in supporting and guiding clients to attain suitable, meaningful employment opportunities that lead to sustainable employment outcomes. You will utilize your exceptional customer service skills to build rapport with your clients, assist them on their employment journey, and overcome barriers to employment.
">Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders as part of managing the referral & intake process of job seekers into their chosen program with our organization. Additionally, you will assess job seeker skills, abilities, identify barriers, and develop intervention strategies to ensure successful placement.
">In consultation with our job seekers, you will develop and maintain work preparation strategies, job seeking strategies, tailored interventions (including other service providers), and employment support activities to enhance their employability. Reverse marketing of job seekers will also be a key aspect of this role, aiming to achieve sustainable employment opportunities.
