About the Role

As a Management Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering financial insights to drive business performance across our organization. You will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and presenting monthly management reports and budget analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Processing general ledger journal entries and reviewing finance team entries to ensure accuracy.
  • Managing monthly account reconciliations and bank and payroll oversight to maintain financial integrity.
  • Assisting with compliance and reporting tasks such as BAS preparation and audit workpapers.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to provide financial insights and support to various business units.
  • Leading a small finance team and providing mentorship and guidance in day-to-day operations.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:
