Aufgrund der Mutterschaft der Finanzleiterin in unserer Tochtergesellschaft in Australien suchen wir ab Juni 2025 für rund 15 Monate interimistisch einen Senior Finance Manager vor Ort. Rhomberg Sersa Australia ist der australische Geschäftsbereich der Rhomberg Sersa Rail Group. Nach einer rund zwei- bis dreimonatigen Einführung übernehmen Sie selbständig die Funktion am Standort in der Nähe von Sydney und sind mit Ihrem Team für die finanzielle Berichterstattung verantwortlich. Diese Aufgabe erfordert ein hohes Maß an Autonomie, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und setzt ausreichende Erfahrung im Rechnungswesen, Controlling und Finanzen voraus. Sie sind der Business- und Sparring Partner des Geschäftsführers und dem Senior Management Team und schaffen durch Transparenz und belastbare Zahlen die Basis für die finanzielle Unternehmenssteuerung.

Ihre wesentlichen Aufgaben sind:

- Zeitgerechtes Erstellen des Monatsreportings sowie die Berichterstattung incl. Abweichungsanalysen an die lokale Geschäftsführung sowie die Muttergesellschaft
- Projektcontrolling
- Erstellen der strategischen 5-Jahresplanung, vierteljährlichen Forecasts und des jährlichen Budgets
- Erstellen des gesetzlichen Jahresabschlusses nach Australien GAAP und parallel nach österreichischem UGB
- Erstellen und Bereitstellen von finanziellen Informationen für diverse Entscheidungsfindungen (z.B. Investitionsrechnungen)
- Erstellen von Liquiditätsplanungen und Sicherstellen ausreichender Betriebsmittel-finanzierungen sowie der Avale und Garantien für das Projektgeschäft
- Kontaktperson zu Banken und Wirtschaftsprüfer
- Führen des Controlling- und Buchhaltungsteams

Ihr Profil:

- Mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion
- Ausgezeichnete Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und Eigeninitiative
- Einschlägiger Bachelor-Abschluss oder gleichwertiger Abschluss
- Hohe IT-Affinität
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Fähigkeit zu einem "lebendigen und aussagefähigen" Finanzreporting
- Teamplayer, der bereit ist, sich in allen Bereichen des Unternehmens zu engagieren
- Ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
