About the Opportunity

We seek a seasoned Facade Project Manager to lead high-profile commercial and high-rise projects across Sydney. As a pivotal member of our team, you will oversee site operations, coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors, and ensure delivery of exceptional results.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Site Management: Manage day-to-day site operations for window wall façade installations across multiple project sites.
  • Site Coordination: Coordinate site activities and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of works in line with project schedules.
  • Methodology Interpretation: Interpret shop drawings and ensure correct installation methodology is followed.
  • Liaison and Resolution: Liaise with the Project Manager, Design Manager, and client representatives to resolve site issues.
  • Safety and Quality Compliance: Ensure compliance with site safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor progress against program and escalate any delays or risks.
  • Toolbox Talks and Briefings: Conduct toolbox talks, pre-starts, and safety briefings.
  • Site Documentation: Oversee materials delivery, storage, and handling on-site; manage site documentation including daily reports, QA checklists, and defect logs.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in façade installation site management, preferably with a focus on window wall or curtain wall systems.
  • Proven track record delivering mid to large-scale high rise/commercial projects in Sydney.
  • Strong knowledge of façade systems, fixings, glazing techniques, and relevant Australian building codes.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Sound understanding of WHS requirements and ability to enforce safety on-site.
  • Trade background or tertiary qualification in construction, engineering, or similar preferred.
  • Current White Card; EWP, Working at Heights and First Aid advantageous.
