Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee facade installation operations for window wall systems across multiple project sites in Sydney.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating with internal teams and subcontractors, and ensuring all work is delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and schedule compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing site operations and ensuring smooth execution of works in line with project schedules.
  • Coordinating site activities and subcontractors to deliver high-profile commercial & high-rise projects.
  • Interpreting shop drawings and ensuring correct installation methodology is followed.
  • Liaising with project stakeholders to resolve site issues and ensure compliance with site safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
  • Monitoring progress against program and escalating any delays or risks.
  • Conducting toolbox talks, pre-starts, and safety briefings.
  • Overseeing materials delivery, storage, and handling on-site.
  • Managing site documentation including daily reports, QA checklists, and defect logs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in facade installation site management, ideally with a focus on window wall or curtain wall systems.
  • Proven track record delivering mid to large-scale high rise/commercial projects in Sydney.
  • Strong knowledge of facade systems, fixings, glazing techniques, and relevant Australian building codes.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Sound understanding of WHS requirements and ability to enforce safety on-site.
  • Trade background or tertiary qualification in construction, engineering, or similar preferred.
  • Current White Card; EWP, Working at Heights and First Aid advantageous.
