About the Role
">- We are seeking an experienced healthcare professional to join a multidisciplinary team in a leading government drug and alcohol treatment service. As a Clinical Nurse, you will play a vital role in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of individuals with mental health and substance use disorders.
- You will be responsible for managing clinic-based assessments, consultation liaison for withdrawal management, delivery of opioid treatment programs, and providing therapeutic interventions and harm minimization strategies.
We provide a range of clinical services, including outpatient and inpatient programs, community pharmacotherapy, and clinical advisory services. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality care and support to individuals and families affected by drug and alcohol use.
">- Outpatient services at multiple locations across Western Australia
- Inpatient withdrawal unit
- Onsite pharmacy service
- Youth services, including outpatient and inpatient programs
- Community programs and outreach services
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong clinical skills, experience working with individuals with complex presentations, and a passion for delivering high-quality care in a multidisciplinary environment.
