Key objectives include maximising loan assessments in line with targets, adhering to risk and compliance guidelines and responding promptly to customer inquiries while upholding company policies and legislation.

About the Role
  • Maximise the number of loans assessed per day to meet set targets.
  • Maintain adherence to established risk and compliance procedures.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that responses align with company policies and legislation.

Our ideal candidate will possess experience within the finance industry, preferably with a background in loan assessment. A strong understanding of relevant legislation, policies and procedures is also essential. The role requires attention to detail, excellent data entry skills and proficiency in computer applications, particularly those used in personal finance systems.
