Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Broker to join our team. As a Mortgage Broker, you will be responsible for owning client relationships from first contact to settlement, advising and structuring loans across multiple lenders and product types, and maintaining accurate CRM data and compliance checklists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning client relationships from initial contact through to loan settlement
  • Structuring loans across various lenders and product types
  • Completing credit submissions, compliance checks, and lender liaison
  • Establishing referral partnerships and your own pipeline through company-supplied leads
  • Maintaining accurate CRM data and adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Contributing to team growth, process improvements, and knowledge sharing
Requirements & Qualifications:

At least one year of experience in mortgage broking or loan writing (with mentoring provided if less than two years' experience)

Confident, native-level English communication skills

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work remotely with self-discipline

Familiarity with Australian lender policies and NCCP/responsible lending rules

Experience with ApplyOnline, Mercury, Salestrekker, or similar platforms is an advantage

Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (Diploma preferred)
