About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Account Manager to join our Media Sales team in Pyrmont, Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for initiating, developing, and coordinating effective advertising solutions to support our existing Media Sales team and help achieve revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate strategic initiatives and digital advertising solutions to grow revenue and foster great relationships across Domain's non-real estate client base.
  • Collaborate with Sales and other internal teams to proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across relevant markets.
  • Work towards achieving commission targets based on sales revenue.
  • Manage and mentor an Account Executive.
  • Work closely with Domain Research to inform clients of industry developments with property and advertising.
  • Attend weekly meetings and present updates.
  • Present new Domain product offerings in a timely manner to key clients.
  • Attend relevant conferences, seminars, and other industry functions to develop knowledge and network within the media and real estate industry.
  • Expand your knowledge to become an industry expert within Real Estate Digital Media.
Requirements
  • Proven success in media sales and account management.
  • Experience in the Advertising industry either in publisher groups or media agencies.
  • Proactive mindset and excellent communication skills, with a consultative approach.
  • Demonstrate leadership potential for future team growth.
  • Confidence in presenting to large groups.
  • Valid Australian Drivers License and own vehicle (car allowance payable).
