Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to work closely with our team to deliver major transport projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for the detailed design of delegated projects and work packages within the Transport function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert advice and demonstrating advanced technical skills producing civil designs across transport projects (Road / Drainage / Pavements…)
  • Ensuring that analysis and design tasks undertaken meet appropriate technical standards and the requirements of the client
  • Proactively collaborating with team members, contributors and stakeholders to maintain quality, timeliness and coordination of project deliverables
  • Actively contributing to the commercial success of projects and the team

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have gained experience in an engineering design consultancy and have a passion for building trusted relationships to drive positive change and win new work.

  • Local experience successfully delivering road design projects will be highly regarded
  • Experience contributing to infrastructure projects of $1m successfully to budget and client specifications
  • Experience in the coordination, design and delivery of road/drainage/pavement designs within multi-disciplinary engineering projects
  • High level communication skills to advise and guide project design development in a proactive manner
