Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive External Communications – Lead customer and partner communications programs to showcase the value of Xero and its products to a broad audience.
  2. Bridge Teams and Stakeholders – Act as the essential link between the ANZ Communications team, ANZ GTM teams, and key global stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and information flow.
  3. Simplify Complex Information – Translate intricate product, technical, and strategic concepts into accessible, impactful content for small businesses, accountants, and bookkeepers.
  4. Develop Compelling Keynotes – Create engaging keynote content for partner events, such as Xerocon and Roadshow, designed to inspire and inform local business leaders.
  5. Lead with Passion and Purpose – Support and motivate team members, enabling them to deliver their best work, and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders across functions.
