Security Officer Position

We are seeking reliable and professional security officers to work across a variety of licensed venues and corporate sites in Sydney's CBD. If you are a well-presented and proactive guard who thrives in dynamic environments, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety and security of patrons and staff at licensed venues and corporate locations.
  • Conduct access control, ID checks, and monitor patron or visitor behavior.
  • Manage entry points and perform regular foot patrols.
  • De-escalate incidents professionally and report any suspicious activity.
  • Liaise with venue or building management and emergency services when needed.
  • Complete shift and incident reports accurately and on time.

Requirements:

  • Current NSW Security Licence (minimum 1AC).
  • Valid RSA (for licensed venues).
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional presentation and positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work a mix of shifts, including nights and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in licensed venues or corporate security.
  • Conflict resolution and crowd management skills.
  • Familiarity with incident reporting tools or visitor management systems.
