Account Management Position

  • Onboard new clients via phone and video calls, building lasting relationships and ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Manage exhibitor accounts, coordinate contracts, forms, and deadlines, fostering strong partnerships and driving results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to achieve collective goals and deliver exceptional service.
  • Support on-site at major business events, requiring some travel and adaptability.
About You

We're looking for a recent university graduate (any discipline) with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

You should be exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with admin tasks and time-sensitive deadlines.
