We are seeking a skilled Corporate Lawyer to drive business success.

The Opportunity:
  • Collaborate with clients across various industries, including mining and resources, renewable energy, food and agribusiness, health, and professional services.
  • Work on high-profile matters such as mergers and acquisitions, drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, joint ventures, and corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex corporate projects independently.
  • Draft legal documents including commercial agreements and advise clients on corporate governance best practices.
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients on corporate transactions and risk management strategies.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law.
  • Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously.
