Director of Service

We are seeking applications for these permanent, full-time Director roles.

You will participate in a 5 week, comprehensive onboarding program to set you up for success, with exceptional support from a Mentor, and Regional Manager.
- Develop strong relationships with schools and partner on school events and community engagement
- Enjoy autonomy and creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences everyday
- Foster positive relationships with children and their families that connect, inspire and delight
- Manage and roster your team of passionate educators
- Ensure compliance and medical documentation
- Be the connection that links TeamKids with your school community
- Thrive in a fast paced environment and love working with kids
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Confident interpersonal skills, no matter if you're talking with a preppie, their parent, one of your team or the school principal
- Strong problem-solving skills and can-do attitude
- You're a natural leader with attention to detail
- Have a genuine interest in creating engaging experiences for primary-aged children
- You're energetic, enthusiastic and enjoy having FUN
