Our team is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our dynamic and innovative team. This role will be responsible for designing, building, maintaining, and optimizing cloud-based systems to ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of our cloud environment.

The successful candidate will have expertise in cloud services (Azure/AWS), infrastructure, server management, and database administration. They will play a key role in project delivery, SME escalations for incident response, and continuous improvement aligned with our cloud-first principle and Essential 8 recommendations.

">Key Responsibilities:

  2. Design, build, maintain, and optimize cloud-based systems to ensure stability, security, and efficiency">
  3. Administer and manage MS Cloud services (Identity, Exchange, Teams, Intune, SharePoint, etc.)">
  4. Participate in the design, deployment, and maintenance of cloud network infrastructure">
  5. Serve as a technical SME for ICT Operations, providing guidance on cloud computing security requirements, and supporting new technology implementations to improve efficiency and reduce costs">
  6. Collaborate with IT Security to align SOE security hardening with PSPF, ISM, ACSC, CIS, and DTA Protected pattern guidelines">
  7. Develop and enhance automated processes for reliable solution deployment; manage application packaging and deployment via Intune with IT Security endorsement">
  8. Participate in ICT Operations device evaluations and ensure applications and infrastructure perform efficiently">
  9. Use skills and experience to prepare ICT Operations for the continued adoption and utilization of AI">

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience and training">
  • Microsoft Azure and 365 training and certifications are desirable">
  • Ability to create and maintain comprehensive documentation including system designs and governance, change requests, SOPs, and knowledge base articles">
  • Experience in overseeing system upgrades and rollouts, ensuring minimal disruption">
  • Ability to provide effective training to users and promote system proficiency">
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools">
  • Demonstrated skills in problem-solving, prioritization, and incident management">
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels">
  • Ability to contribute to projects and initiatives, with a focus on continuous improvement">
  • Must hold a minimum Baseline clearance">
