We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Relationship Manager.

Job Description

As a vital member of our client-facing team, you will serve as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth clients in collaboration with various internal departments. Your primary responsibility will be to foster strong relationships with these clients by comprehensively understanding their situation, financial aspirations, and needs.

Your key objectives will include:

  • Developing and maintaining robust relationships with high-net-worth customers through regular communication and tailored support.
  • Providing exceptional service as the initial point of contact for segmented clients, ensuring they receive the best possible experience.
  • Supporting ongoing client lifecycle management by maintaining accurate records, engaging in purpose-led interactions, and responding promptly to queries.
  • Supplying timely and precise information to facilitate efficient client interaction management.
  • Regularly contacting customers to maintain effective relationships and identify opportunities for portfolio growth.
  • Contributing to client acquisition and referrals by assisting business partners' inquiries or leads.
  • Communicating with customers via various channels, including email, phone calls, webinars, and podcasts, in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Preparing market commentaries as needed.
  • Conducting annual face-to-face meetings and monthly telephone discussions to monitor clients' progress.
  • Collaborating on side projects to support the team and other departments.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in relationship management within the financial services sector.
  • Previous experience working in a sales environment, providing diversified solutions.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proven track record of meeting weekly or monthly targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Fluency in Mandarin, both written and spoken, is essential.
