We're looking for a Client Relationship Specialist who's passionate about service excellence, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.
In this role, you'll support our Client Delivery Manager and Executive to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and outstanding client experiences. You'll be the go-to for client queries, reporting, and governance support—helping us deliver on our commitments and drive better outcomes for our clients.
What you'll be doing:
- Be the first point of contact for client and fund-related queries
- Support client relationship management and contribute to retention and satisfaction
- Coordinate SLA reporting and ensure accuracy across operational deliverables
- Assist with governance forums, audit support, and compliance activities
- Maintain and update business rules and operational documentation
- Collaborate across teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and customised client reporting
What we're looking for:
- Experience in client service, operations or fund administration
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and data presentation
