Staff Software Engineer

We are seeking an accomplished Staff Software Engineer to contribute to the development of our Home Buying technology solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our products and services.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of mobile application development using modern frameworks like SwiftUI or Jetpack Compose. Experience with iOS or Android technologies, as well as strong product mindset and ability to leverage AI tools effectively, is also highly valued.

We are looking for someone who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, native iOS and Android engineers, and UX Designers, to bring new features to life. Additionally, the successful candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to raise concerns or ideas promptly, and demonstrate the ability to take ownership of tasks and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy robust and secure mobile applications using modern frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional squads to bring new features to life.
  • Mentor junior team members and share ideas.
  • Implement comprehensive testing strategies, including unit testing, UI testing, and end-to-end automation.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions or similar.
