Job Title: Enterprise Security Strategist

">Role Overview

In this key position, you will be working closely with clients in Australia to design and implement advanced security solutions that meet their business and regulatory needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and integrate comprehensive security strategies across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments, ensuring seamless user identity management, access controls, and authentication.
  • Design robust access control policies, leveraging industry-leading tools such as Microsoft Entra, Okta, SailPoint, and Ping Identity.
  • Ensure organisations are utilising secure cloud-based IAM solutions that align with data sovereignty requirements.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand client-specific security requirements and assess current security postures.
  • Provide expert guidance and recommendations on security best practices, risk management strategies, and effective security policies.
  • Design and implement comprehensive security controls, policies, and procedures, working alongside cross-functional teams to deploy cutting-edge technologies.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing IAM systems, including at least 5 years of working with Australian clients. A deep understanding of IAM protocols, a strong grasp of Australian Security and Privacy Principles, and expertise in cloud IAM solutions are also essential.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record of building enterprise-level security architectures that comply with Australian Security and Privacy requirements and industry best practices.

Key Requirements

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in IAM solutions such as Okta, SailPoint, Ping Identity, and Microsoft Identity.
  • Deep understanding of IAM protocols.
  • Strong understanding of cloud IAM solutions.

Experience:

  • At least 8 years of experience in designing and implementing IAM systems.
  • At least 5 years of experience working with Australian clients.
