Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Architect to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our security architecture team, you will play a crucial role in designing and leading the implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, with a strong emphasis on CyberArk and enterprise-level security architecture.

This is a hands-on role where you will guide solution design, deployment, and best practices across multiple accounts. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in IAM and Cyber Security at an enterprise level, with a proven track record of implementing successful IAM solutions. They will also have strong knowledge of IAM processes, RBAC, UAR, and federated authentication models, as well as familiarity with Microsoft IAM stack, Azure AD, and Active Directory.

Requirements
  • 10-15 years' experience in IAM and Cyber Security at an enterprise level.
  • Proven expertise with CyberArk.
  • Experience with IGA solutions and SSO platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of IAM processes, RBAC, UAR, and federated authentication models.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft IAM stack and Azure AD.
  • Broad security, network, and infrastructure architecture knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
