Job Role Overview

The Gymnastics Coach will create and deliver engaging gymnastics programs for participants of various skill levels, fostering a secure, supportive, and enjoyable environment.

They will encourage children to participate in a positive and inclusive program while maintaining a duty of care and providing parents/guardians with constructive feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement gymnastics programs across multiple levels in a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment.
  • Encourage children to engage in a fun and inclusive program while ensuring duty of care is upheld.
  • Provide parents/guardians with constructive and practical feedback on their child's progress.
Essential Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Coach Accreditation.
  • Annual updates to Gymnastics accreditation.
  • Current First Aid certification.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Working with Children Check clearance.
  • National Police Check results.
