Responsibilities

  • Oversee design reviews and ensure interdisciplinary alignment
  • Solve complex design challenges and provide solutions
  • Support cost estimation and track engineering timelines
  • Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies
  • Contribute to weekly and monthly progress reports and liaise with vendors and key stakeholders
  • Maintain project documentation, registers, and vendor documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Engineering - Mechanical or Civil
  • Proven background in EPCM or ESP project delivery
  • 10+ years' post-graduate experience in Project Engineering WA mining projects
  • Experience contributing to NPI, bulk earthworks, civils, and utilities highly regarded
  • Previously demonstrated mining study and detailed design experience essential
  • Ability to build and sustain positive relationships with all stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and co-workers
