About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Kitchen Attendant to join our dedicated kitchen team at Mantra Tullamarine Hotel. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of our food and beverage department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the effective operation of the kitchen, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and within given time frames.
  • Take responsibility for maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment, with a focus on high food safety standards.
  • Be trained and mentored continuously by our team of chefs, developing your skills and knowledge in food preparation and presentation.
  • Use safe manual handling techniques and practice safe work habits, adhering to Accor's health, safety, and environment policies.
