Job Title: Potwasher Attendant

We are seeking an experienced Potwasher Attendant to join our team at OCS Group.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for washing and sanitizing pots, pans, and cooking utensils in our commercial kitchen. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Sunday, with a focus on providing high-quality cleaning services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Wash and sanitize pots, pans, and cooking utensils to a high standard
  • Ensure clean stock levels meet production kitchen requirements
  • Manual handling of used and clean pots and pans
  • Operate commercial dishwashing equipment
  • Engage with production kitchen users to understand their equipment and quality needs
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in cleaning and sanitation
  • Full work rights in Australia
  • Knowledge of chemical use and PPE
  • Understanding of OHS practices
  • Well-presented and ability to follow safety instructions
  • Ability to pass an Australian National Police Clearance
  • Good communication skills
