About the Role

Our ideal candidate is an experienced career coach or training professional with a strong background in delivering and facilitating assessments, training, and support services to individuals.

This role involves promoting our employability skills program, building relationships with local employers and community organisations, and developing career development plans for participants.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, implementing, and facilitating training programs that equip participants with the necessary skills to become competitive in their local labour market.

About You

You have a passion for empowering individuals through meaningful employment and fostering independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote the Employability Skills Training program
  • Support participants identify their skills, abilities, and secure employment
  • Develop career development plans for participants
  • Organise, plan, implement, and facilitate training programs for participants

Requirements

- Eligibility to work in Australia

- Current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle

- Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check

- Ability to pass a Working with Children Check
