Residential Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Residential Supervisor to lead our Flagstaff and Moonee Ponds sites, providing person-centred care to clients with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of DSWs to deliver high-quality care services
  • Liaise with care teams and health professionals to promote a holistic model of care
  • Oversee the safety and wellbeing of all individuals on site
  • Workforce planning, including management of the sites P & L
Requirements:
  • NDIS and TAC experience
  • Leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
