About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to support our Senior Marketing Manager in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand growth, promote products, and enhance local engagement across our franchise network. This role requires a proactive, organized, and creative individual who is eager to support both digital and traditional marketing efforts.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and franchisees to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing marketing campaigns that keep Mad Mex at the top of customers' preferences.
  • Managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance.
  • Collaborating with the Senior Marketing Manager to create cohesive marketing strategies that drive brand growth and promote products.
  • Assisting in the development and execution of local area marketing initiatives to promote franchisee-owned restaurants.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and communication skills to stakeholders, including franchise partners, the operations team, and external suppliers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A degree or certification in marketing or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a QSR environment.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and retail communication channels.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
