Your Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for someone with experience in Major Projects Administration to assist in delivering significant energy infrastructure initiatives.

As a Major Projects Support Officer, you will:

  • Provide accurate project data management and information processing support.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining processes to ensure compliance with project procedures and guidelines.
  • Deliver high-quality administrative services tailored to the needs of the division, including travel coordination, meeting organization, invoice processing, and document proofreading.
  • Support the project team in achieving critical project milestones.

Your success in this role will be driven by your ability to address project delivery challenges while prioritizing safety, quality, and efficiency, all while maintaining organized project documentation.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should possess knowledge and experience in administrative support within a project management context, ideally in the Electricity Supply Industry or a similar technical field, supported by:

  • A relevant qualification in Business Administration, Accounting, Project Management, or Financial Administration.
  • Proficiency in business systems such as SAP, Microsoft Office, and Objective.

We would appreciate candidates who can demonstrate:

  • Strong reporting and analytical skills, with the ability to extract and interpret data from various business systems.
  • Excellent self-management skills and the capability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
