Drive Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Product Strategy

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our product development, focusing on analyzing and experimenting until solutions are perfectly tailored to travelers.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent chance for an analytical and data-driven individual to build products end-to-end, partnering closely with senior leadership cross-functionally to define, build, and deliver the best product solutions that strengthen our online presence.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze the online travel ecosystem, markets, competitive landscape, and user requirements with a strong focus on search traffic channels.
  • Oversee the delivery of campaigns/products, supporting customer engagement, and optimizing organic rankings to drive revenues.
  • Conceptualize, launch, and optimize SEO products and features, experiment, test their performance, and iterate quickly.
  • Work collaboratively with teams on cutting-edge technologies.
  • Analyze content traffic, SEO metrics, and the effectiveness of campaigns and messaging to improve ROI.
  • Develop innovative solutions across regions, product areas, and functions with a strong emphasis on SEO.

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of product experience, including hands-on technical and content optimization experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics).
  • Proven ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to inform decision-making.
  • Strong data skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex messages clearly.
  • Experience developing and launching new products.
  • Experience leading global product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions.
  • Entrepreneurial and analytical skills; capable of breaking down complex problems and driving change.
  • Hands-on mentality and proactive problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or Master's degree in Math, Economics, Computer Science, or Statistics.
  • Strong proficiency in data tools such as SQL, Python, R, or equivalent.
