Operational Excellence Lead

Join Latitude Financial Services as we embark on an exciting journey to drive operational excellence across our Enterprise. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operational Excellence Lead to play a key role in shaping our future.

About the Role

The Operational Excellence Lead will be responsible for delivering our Operational Excellence strategy, driving a culture of continuous improvement, and identifying opportunities to optimize and enhance processes, workflows, and systems. This includes:

  • Supporting the development and execution of the Operational Excellence strategy
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process redesign, quality improvement, and best practice utilization
  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of existing processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
  • Developing pragmatic and actionable recommendations to address opportunities and optimize processes
  • Communicating recommendations and expected benefits to Middle and Senior Management for prioritization and implementation
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or related fields
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in process improvement, operational management, or related fields
  • Extensive financial services experience, preferably in retail banking or consumer lending
  • Expertise in process improvement methodologies and change implementation
  • Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and engagement skills
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills
  • Strong attention to detail, including thoroughness in reviewing data, processes, and documentation
