Pet Care & Wellness Specialist

As a specialist in pet care and wellness, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of pets and their owners. Your role will involve providing expert advice on health, nutrition, and wellness products, as well as building relationships with customers and training colleagues to deliver exceptional service.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide supervisory assistance to store managers
  • Offer knowledgeable and caring advice on pet wellness products
  • Build relationships with customers and provide warm, genuine service
  • Train and coach colleagues to deliver service excellence, business objectives, and best practice
  • Maintain a well-organized store and ensure shelves are always stocked
About You:
  • You have a natural love for animals and people
  • You have at least two years' experience working with a high-volume retailer
  • You are friendly, patient, and eager to help
  • You are organized and detail-oriented
