Job Overview

This role supports operations across NSW, managing the execution of approved asset management plans and operational practices to provide reliable and predictable network performance for designated assets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage field teams and contractors to deliver scheduled works across Telstra sites in NSW.
  • Support the workforce and projects team in managing construction activities.
  • Oversee site inspections, contingency planning, operational handovers, and quality assurance.
  • Investigate, advise, and manage all incidents and restore normal site conditions from plant equipment, network performance, and facilities equipment.
About You:
  • Demonstrated experience within a network or in a ticket-of-work environment is desired.
  • A trade background or qualification in electrical/mechanical is highly regarded.
  • Facilities management or building management experience is also valued.
