Wind Energy Project Lead

As a seasoned project lead in the wind energy sector, you will be responsible for driving the development of commercially viable projects from early-stage concept through to financial close. This critical role ensures timely delivery of sustainable projects that align with business goals and support local communities.

About You
  • A proven track record in renewable energy development, preferably in wind projects, with commercial acumen and ability to manage complex projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation skills, and passion for delivering projects that drive the clean energy transition.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end development of wind projects from site identification to financial close.
  • Secure project approvals, permits, and land agreements to facilitate advancement.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and risk assessments for timely, cost-effective delivery.
  • Benchmark investment cases and secure internal and external approvals for financial close.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing project team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
