Are you a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to managing assets, people and processes? We're seeking a Senior Fleet and Facilities Manager to lead and optimise our fleet operations and facility management, ensuring contractual, statutory, compliance and operational requirements are met.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all aspects of fleet operations, including procurement, maintenance, compliance and lifecycle planning.
  • Monitor and evaluate budgets, forecasts, and reports to support strategic decision making to achieve business outcomes.
  • Conduct regular assessments and audits on all assets to uphold fleet performance.
  • Manage all capex and disposal activities ensuring accurate forecasting for financial requirements.
  • Record and maintain registers of all commercial leases, operational facilities, motor vehicles and mobile equipment.
  • Ensure preventative maintenance schedules for facility and assets are conducted to optimise asset life, reduce downtime and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Mentor and support a team of coordinators and administrators.
Qualifications
  • Certificate in Fleet Management, Facilities Operations, or Project Management preferred
  • Extensive experience in fleet and facilities management, across multiple sites
  • Knowledge in the coordination of buildings, facilities, motor vehicle fleet and asset management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships
  • Proven track record in leading and developing teams
