Room Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Room Leader to join our team full-time, Monday to Friday.

  • Lead and inspire your room team to deliver engaging, play-based learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
  • Develop and implement daily routines and educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Work closely with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual learning journey and provide regular progress updates.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • At least 2 years' experience as an Educator in a childcare setting, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality education and care.
  • A current Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate, or a willingness to obtain them.
  • Strong communication skills and a thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
