Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Horticulture Team Leader to join our team, responsible for overseeing garden maintenance activities and ensuring high-quality standards are met.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of maintenance staff, coordinating tasks for efficient completion.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage schedules to meet timely completion of gardening duties, including planting, pruning, weeding, hedging, and fertilising.
  • Develop the skills and safety practices of the team through guidance, mentorship, and training.
  • Regularly inspect gardens to assess their condition, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
About You
  • Certificate III in Horticulture or 5 years' experience in a related field.
  • Proven leadership experience in the industry.
  • Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
  • Valid White Card.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
