About the Role

As a Registered Nurse with Regis Aged Care, you will lead exceptional care outcomes through the coordination and delivery of person-centred care. You will oversee residents, identify changes in preference, needs, or wellbeing, and prompt escalation for support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive care plans and conduct thorough assessments of needs and preferences.
  • Implement appropriate care strategies and manage medications safely.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including admission assessments, care plans, interventions, and progress notes.
  • Work in partnership with our carers to deliver our Continuity of Carer model.
