About the Role

This position is based in our Burnside Home, located between the Adelaide foothills and the city centre.

How You'll Care

  • Lead exceptional care outcomes through the coordination and delivery of person-centred care.
  • Oversight of the resident's needs, preferences, and wellbeing, with prompt escalation for support.
  • Encourage resident choice and independence, with support provided as needed.
  • Develop comprehensive care plans, conduct thorough assessments, and implement appropriate care strategies.
  • Manage and safely administer medications following established protocols.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including admission assessments, care plans, interventions, and progress notes.
  • Work in partnership with our carers to deliver our Continuity of Carer model.

What You'll Bring

  • A passion for caring for others.
  • Commitment to a holistic care approach and supporting residents to achieve their goals and meet their needs.
  • A Bachelor of Nursing degree or recognized equivalent qualification.
  • Current AHPRA registration (Nursing).
  • Experience and new graduates are welcome to apply.
