Housekeeping Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to take on a leadership role within our team. As a key member of the housekeeping department, you will be responsible for leading and motivating your team to deliver exceptional service and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily activities of the housekeeping team to ensure efficient operations.
  • Oversee preparation and maintenance of rooms, public areas, and other designated spaces in accordance with company standards and guidelines.
  • Regularly inspect rooms to ensure high-quality cleaning and presentation.
  • Train and develop team members' skills and knowledge to promote a positive and productive work environment.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of linen and amenity orders, rosters, and time management.
  • Enforce workplace health and safety protocols and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Assist with cleaning tasks and equipment maintenance as required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holiday periods, with varying shifts.
