Housekeeping Supervisor Position

We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for leading a team of housekeeping staff and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in our resort.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the housekeeping team and ensure they have the necessary resources and training to perform their duties effectively.
  • Conduct regular room checks to ensure that all rooms meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Manage the housekeeping inventory and supplies, ensuring that we have adequate stock levels at all times.
  • Proactively manage guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Train new staff members and provide ongoing coaching and support to help them develop their skills and confidence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months' experience working in a similar role.
  • Previous leadership experience is essential.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills are required to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • A driver's license is essential for this role.
