About the Role:

  1. Maintain six websites, implementing development, content management, integration enhancements, and resolving issues;
  2. Manage the digital Help Desk, responding to enquiries within SLA timeframes, resolving issues, and reporting tasks;
  3. Integrate digital activities, including social networking, podcast development, online advertising, and search engine optimization;
  4. Assist in creating engaging digital content, such as videos, coordinating with external providers when needed.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Diploma of Applied Information Technology or Cert IV in Information Technology (web development) with relevant experience;
  • Technical skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems;
  • Experience in video production and analytical skills across digital platforms;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, customer-focused, and team-oriented.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Location: Wyong, NSW, with flexible/hybrid working arrangements available.
