Prompt Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Prompt Engineer to join our team. As a Prompt Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing prompts for various applications, including text generation, translation, question answering, and creative writing.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts and techniques, as well as experience working with large language models (LLMs). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, write prompts, and import information into RAG-based AI systems.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing effective prompts
  • Collaborating with product teams, data scientists, and engineers to understand user needs
  • Working closely with Subject Matter Experts to capture, cleanse, and process knowledge
  • Populating and managing RAG-based AI systems
  • Analyzing and iterating on prompts based on performance metrics
  • Conducting experiments and research to test new prompting techniques

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for language and storytelling. You will be able to think creatively and solve problems, adapting to new challenges and changing priorities.

Requirements
  • A university degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of NLP concepts and techniques
