Our firm is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join our dynamic and supportive team. As a Senior Solicitor, you will enjoy a high level of autonomy, handling complex cases from start to finish, ensuring that each is conducted with a proactive and commercially focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support, guidance and assistance to the team to deliver outstanding service to customers
  • Proactive and commercial case management and progression
  • Support the Team Leader in ensuring the delivery of the teams financial performance KPIs
  • Effective and thorough time recording
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Recent experience of handling a caseload
  • 8 years+ PQE or equivalent experience working in Clinical Negligence
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills
  • Excellent IT skills especially in respect of Microsoft Office packages
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong commercial awareness within a legal environment
  • Ability to work well with junior team members, providing coaching and mentoring
