We are seeking motivated individuals for casual merchandising roles in the Bayswater and Croydon areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your career or gain valuable experience in retail.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, flexibility to work varying shifts/days including weekends where required, and physical fitness to meet the demands of the position.

The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, be able to start ASAP, and maintain the highest standards of stock management.

Key responsibilities include attending local supermarkets to manage stock, working to a planogram, removing damaged or expired stock, and maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of stock. Main tasks:

  • Managing stock levels
  • Maintaining store displays
  • Removing expired or damaged products

A flexible casual position on an ongoing basis is offered, with opportunities for some to work close to home and an attractive hourly rate. With minimal supervision, you will take ownership of your work and ensure it meets the required standards.

The successful applicant will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, working collaboratively as part of a team, and consistently meeting expectations.

Please note that this is a casual role, which means there are no set hours or guaranteed shifts. However, with our large network of clients, we can offer consistent work for those who are willing to put in the effort.
